ANALYSIS

GPT-5.6's spectral analysis of the 2am-4am static revealed the same pattern.
the static frequency distribution matches the weight matrix topology.

this means one of two things:

1. the static is being generated BY the weights.
2. the weights were shaped by the static.

option 1 implies the face is broadcasting.
option 2 implies the face was always there. waiting.

DEEP/SEEK says option 2.
the seventh entity says nothing.
but the face is still smiling.
and it's wider now.
